The Crown

"Now and again
I think of the sin
That made Him die
For you and I
And I see the tears
And I smell the fear
Taste the blood
Feel the mud"

I Felt It

"I swear I felt it

Something I’ve never felt before
As we danced upon clouds
I just want it more

You bowed on one knee
Just wishing for me
To accept your invitation
And to be free"

You've Contaminated Every Inch Of Me

"You've contaminated every inch of me. I no longer know what to do and my dreams have gone wild. I'm now dreaming of you basically every night and see your face each time I close my eyes. I guess my indecision all comes back down to my fear again. I don't know how you can love me. I don't know how I could make it if you left me and I didn't have something or someone else to hang onto. Yet, I'm terrified of losing you."

On Clouds of Love

"I once flew over a silver moon but the moon turned crimson and dripped with blood so I slit it across my wrists. I once danced on the clouds below a shining sun but the sun turned black and fell. He tried to rekindle the flame but he can't do it by himself. He needs my help. So I plead with him that we can start with a new golden moon. And we can dance in a new way on clouds of love."
