Because I cannot tell

I did my best not to

Tried to stop it

Tried not to fall in love with you

Now in anxiety I weep and sit

Are we together or apart

Because this sinking tale

This tale is imprinted on my heart

Was it all just a lie

You always meant to say goodbye

Was it all just a game

Will you even remember my name

Can You Tell Me What's Real

"I can’t get you out of my head

Despite all I’ve tried and said

What happened to us just being friends

Can’t we have that again

Sometimes you talk to me

And all I see is what we could be

You fill my dreams at night

And it feels wrong but still right

You mean so much to me

And that I know you see

Are you just using how much I care

To abuse me so, would you dare

If only dreams could come true

There would be a me and you

No, there would be an us

And I wouldn’t fight or fuss"

Besmudged Princess

"So go ahead and find your prince

But try as you might I won’t be convinced

That any man with a silver spoon

Is better than my groom

Yeah, I always knew he wouldn’t be the best at riding

At times I’ll have to drag him out of hiding

He’ll be clumsy, off beat, and off key

But I always knew I’d find someone like me"

When everything I love I’ll miss

How can it be the end of us

How can we have lost our trust

And took me for a wild drive
